The Tenant in each suite can set its own thermostat(s) to maintain its desired temperature. There are 57 separate HVAC (heating, ventilating and air-conditioning) units, with each unit or group of units serving an individual tenant’s space. The Landlord is able to remotely control the temperature in the common areas via the internet. This allows precise climate control throughout the building year round.
